House of Hype, Dubai

We implemented a multi-zone audio management solution for House of Hype in Dubai, helping create a centrally manageable sound environment across a large-scale entertainment destination.

House of Hype combines immersive installations, high-energy attractions, and retail-led environments within a large and operationally complex venue.

In a space made up of many distinct zones, the challenge is not only delivering impactful sound, but ensuring each area can be controlled clearly and consistently as part of a wider system.

Our role focused on building a structured audio control environment that could support multiple operational areas while remaining practical for day-to-day use. By treating the venue as a series of unique acoustic and functional spaces, we helped create a solution that balanced local flexibility with centralised control.

A life-sized indoor street scene immersive art installation. The walls are covered in digital projections of dense purple and red flowers.

A surreal, immersive 360-degree projection room. The walls and domed ceiling are covered in a kaleidoscopic purple and blue pattern featuring dolphins swimming in a central circle. The floor is highly reflective, mirroring the entire psychedelic scene.

Our contributions included:

  • We provided a customised multi-zone audio management solution tailored to the venue’s operational requirements.
  • Our team structured audio distribution and processing across distinct areas to improve control and consistency.
  • We developed zone-specific system behaviour to support different spatial and experiential requirements across the venue.
  • We helped shape an audio environment that could remain coherent across a technically complex, high-footfall destination.

This gave House of Hype a more manageable and responsive audio infrastructure across a large-scale, multi-zone venue.

For operators, the system provides clearer control across a complex environment. For visitors, it supports a seamless sound experience that matches the scale, energy, and variety of the wider destination.
