We delivered the venue-wide Medialon show control system for teamLab Abu Dhabi, providing a unified control layer across one of the world’s most technically complex immersive environments.

The system forms the operational backbone of the installation, coordinating projection, audio, and system-wide behaviours to ensure each space responds in real time, exactly as intended by the creative vision.
In environments where content, space, and audience interaction are tightly interwoven, reliable delivery at scale requires more than playback. It demands deterministic, low-latency system control, robust coordination across hundreds of endpoints, continuous monitoring, and seamless integration with life safety and building systems.
We engineered and commissioned a centralised Medialon control architecture responsible for managing and safeguarding the experience across all zones.
Our contributions included:
This created a stable, resilient control ecosystem that allows teamLab’s highly complex environments to operate seamlessly at scale.
For on-site teams, it provides reliable, repeatable daily operation, fast recovery from faults or interruptions, clear operational control, and full alignment with safety and compliance requirements. For the experience itself, it remains the invisible layer that keeps the environment fluid, responsive, and uninterrupted.
