Working with Mood Media, JPSS developed the Q-SYS systems that support daily dealership operation and dedicated live-event modes across the global Lotus retail network.
Lotus dealerships combine premium retail, vehicle configuration, cinematic media and event spaces within one branded customer environment. The technical systems must remain simple for dealership teams during everyday operation while providing the flexibility required for launches, presentations and hosted events.
Working with Mood Media as the delivery partner, JPSS developed the Q-SYS control systems used across the dealership programme. The programming brings the audio, media and operational controls into clear user interfaces, allowing staff to manage normal trading conditions and move the dealership into dedicated event modes when required.
The solution was developed as a repeatable platform that could be deployed consistently across locations while still accommodating the requirements of each individual dealership.
